This is Cross Exotics plant fertilizer specially formulated by professional grower Xavier Loubresse for aroids, Begonias, Primulina, and more! It is a complete fertilizer with Calcium & Magnesium. It differs from our Orchid Fuel by having added urea, higher Ca, and lower phosphate – all which promotes durable large dark green leaves in aroids and other broad leafed tropicals. The micronutrient profile also varies, with higher Fe to keep new leaves green.

This fertilizer is an easy to use soluble blend that is mixed and watered into the substrate. This gives more predictable fertilization compared with slow release pellets. We always recommend soil fertilizing as many plants have difficulty absorbing micronutrients foliarly.

This specialty fertiliser is for orchids of all kinds and can also be used on similar environment plants such as Nepenthes and Amorphophallus.

It is a complete fertilizer containing Calcium and Magnesium and also contains sulphate in a stable water soluble formula.

Directions:
This fertilizer is used at the rate of 1.4 grams per Liter, approximately ¾ tsp per gallon of water (3.8 L).

When dissolving mix thoroughly and drench the pot and root system with the solution. Flushing the pot to remove
excess salts is not necessary when watered thoroughly – water should drain from the bottom of the pot when
fertilizing.

We recommend soil fertilizing due to the low effectiveness of foliar nutrient absorption of micronutrients (due to
nutrient immobility) and the leaf pH preventing adequate macro absorption.

After use, please seal the jar tightly since fertilizer can be hygroscopic.
