Plant itself was packaged very carefully. It arrived in EXCELLENT condition ( we had a freezing temperatures!) and VERY fast. Few days after delivery I have received follow-up email from Mark. I have been buying orchids from nurseries from all over Europe for years, but Elite Orchids provided the best customer service so far! And I got a present with my order as well!
